Mirage G4 led Mitsubishi's 89,124 vehicle sales in 2024
The Mirage G4, Xpander, and L300 are Mitsubishi's top 3 best-selling cars in the country

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) may not be the top automaker in the country, but it still proved that its lineup is still preferred by customers.
For 2024, MMPC was able to shift 89,124 vehicles. This represents a 13.72% growth compared to 2023, beating the brand's previous 78,371 units sold in 2023. Moreover, they have an 18.76% share of the market – overtaking the likes of Ford, Nissan, and Suzuki.

Leading the charge was the Mirage G4 which saw 26,313 customers choosing the humble yet fuel-efficient sedan. Following closely behind is the Xpander which found 26,242 customers last year. Sitting in third place is the ever-reliable L300 as 13,939 units of the vehicle left dealerships. All three vehicles are part of the top 10 best-selling cars of 2024 in the Philippines.

The Montero Sport continues to be a contender in the 7-seater midsize SUV segment after Mitsubishi sold 10,687 units last year. Next up is the Triton pickup which found 8,170 new homes. As for the XForce, 1,821 customers chose the crossover as their new Mitsubishi vehicle. The Mirage Hatchback may not be as popular as its four-door sibling but 1,370 customers preferred the five-door hatch in 2024.

The previous generation Triton (AKA Strada) may already be discontinued but 579 buyers chose it over the all-new Triton. Last but certainly not least, 3 Outlander PHEVs found their way into new garages last year.
With MMPC selling over 89,120 vehicles last year, the company is poised to generate more sales in 2025. The only question now is, what new models or nameplates can we expect from the automaker this year?
