'May Huli Ka' portal launched by MMDA
Check and see if you already have an NCAP violation

Last month, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reintroduced its No Contact Apprehension Policy, commonly known to motorists as NCAP.
This program is pretty straightforward: operators from the MMDA’s Command Center monitor traffic using CCTVs that are spread throughout 22 of Metro Manila’s busiest thoroughfares. If a motorist commits a traffic violation, it will be verified, and a Notice of Violation will be sent to the vehicle’s registered address.
Now, almost one month after its implementation, the MMDA relaunches its May Huli Ka website.

May Huli Ka
May Huli Ka is the MMDA’s online portal where motorists can check if they’ve been hit with an NCAP violation (mayhulika.mmda.gov.ph).
“May Huli Ka” (literally translates to “you have a traffic violation” in this context) is a website that is designed for easy access across various digital devices, including mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and desktop computers. To check for a violation, users simply need to input their vehicle’s plate number or conduction number, along with their MV File Number. After entering the required information, clicking the CHECK button will display whether or not the vehicle has a recorded NCAP violation.

Beyond merely notifying motorists of existing violations, the portal offers a comprehensive guide for next steps. It also outlines the necessary procedures to be followed if a violation is found, details the payment process for fines, specifies locations where penalties can be settled, and provides clear instructions on how to contest or appeal an apprehension. This feature is intended to streamline the process for motorists dealing with NCAP violations.
