Geely PH previews all-electric Geometry C crossover
Geely distributor SGAP to join EV market with Geometry

Well, this comes as a surprise. Geely distributor Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP) is looking to join the local EV market after previewing its first EV in the Philippines.
Say hello to the Geometry C, an all-electric crossover that combines a sleek exterior with a high-tech cabin. Beginning with its looks, the Geometry C features a swooping design and is complemented by a sloping roof design that tapers towards the rear.

The front fascia comes with a pair of eye-catching LED headlights and a closed-off grille. Other notable features present on the Geometry C include the flush door handles that pop out when you unlock the vehicle, a massive panoramic sunroof, feather-inspired LED taillights, and aerodynamically designed alloy wheels.

Open the doors and the Geometry C invites occupants into a high-tech cabin. A fully digital instrument cluster along with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system greets passengers inside the vehicle. There’s also a heads-up display (HUD), and an automatic climate control with a filtration system.

For peace of mind, the Geometry C is also available with intelligent driver aids like blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, and lane-keeping assist.

Official specifications are not yet available for the Geometry C. Over in the PRC, however, the Geometry C is available with a 70 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that drives a single electric motor. It puts out a generous 200 PS along with 310 Nm of torque - allowing the EV to sprint from 0 - 100 km/h in a mere 7 seconds. On a full charge, Geely claims the Geometry C can cover 485 km.

SGAP plans to officially launch the Geometry C soon although they have yet to provide a timeline or estimated price point. They did say, however, that they plan to have it go up against the likes of the BYD Atto 3. In addition, they plan to price it competitively which means Geely could price it below PHP 1.6 million.
