All-new Bentley Continental GT wins Best Car Awards for 4th consecutive year
Ultra Performance Hybrid-powered Bentley Continental GT just proved why it's one of the best yet again

The new Bentley Continental GT has reinforced its status as the world’s sector-defining grand tourer, having been recognized with a Best Cars award by the leading German automotive authority, Auto Motor und Sport.
Despite strong competition, the Continental GT has won this recognition for four consecutive years, starting in 2022. The Continental GT bested 462 vehicles across 13 categories after readers of Auto Motor und Sport voted It as the pinnacle model in the luxury class.
The grand tourer was recognized for its extraordinary blend of supercar performance, handcrafted luxury features, and stunning design. Its groundbreaking Ultra Performance Hybrid system has been credited for the win as well. At the heart of the new Continental GT is a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 that benefits from an electric motor, resulting in a total system output of 782 HP and a generous 1,000 Nm of torque.

The combination of the V8 engine and electric motor translates to more power and torque across the rev range as the motor boost makes for a more rapid acceleration from low speeds. At higher speeds, increased performance comes from the V8 engine. The powertrain also comes with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and an electric limited-slip differential.
All of these guarantee consistent traction in every condition, instrumental in propelling the new Continental GT from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds and achieving a top speed of 335 km/h. Beyond sheer speed, the hybrid system also enables the grand tourer to travel over 80 kilometers on electric power alone.
With the all-new Bentley Continental GT proving it's one of the best cars on the road, the twin-turbo V8-powered plug-in hybrid luxury vehicle is a display of Bentley's enduring presence and technological prowess in the premium performance segment.
