Report: Formula 1 considers bringing back Dutch Grand Prix
F1 bosses begin talks of bringing back Dutch Grand Prix in the form of a street circuit race

After reports of possibly holding a Formula 1 Grand Prix in the streets of Vietnam, another possible location to be added to the list would be Holland. This is in line with Formula 1 hoping to add more races to the race calendar in the upcoming years, especially with Malaysia holding its last Grand Prix this year.
A report by Motorsport.com says that Formula 1 commercial boss Sean Bratches recently visted Holland, talking to representatives in order to possible make a street held Grand Prix possible. As for reason behind considering Holland, it is said that the presence of Max Verstappen has made the country's interest in the sport grow.
Furthermore, Rotterdam regularly holds F1 demos and has also hosted Grand Prixs in a permanent racetrack at Zandvoort, which last hosted a GP back in 1985. However, report says that Bratches plans to hold an even more grand event compared to before. As for the new location, it is possible that the street circuit will be held either in Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
At the moment, all options are still currently being considered. Though Amsterdam would make for an attractive destination with large crowds and big atmosphere, it is said to also be difficult to hold, logistically speaking. F1 officials have also yet to release a timeframe as to when a Dutch Grand Prix would be added to the calendar.
