Red Bull Racing debuts F1 racer for 2016 season
Red Bull Racing ready to race with new RB12 race car

Red Bull Racing has revealed their new F1 racer for the 2016 season. Called the RB 12, it features a renamed engine and a new livery.
Red Bull Racing's driver lineup is unchanged for this coming season with Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat piloting the RB12. While the drivers remain the same, the team underwent a series of changes over the holidays. First, Infiniti has left Red Bull Racing as their mobility partner. Tag Heuer has now taken over Infiniti's place as one of the team's major sponsors. As a result, the Renault powertrain now carries the watchmaker's name. The team also has a new long-term deal with Puma.
The changes within the team are reflected in the car's new livery. Gone is the Infiniti logo adorning the side pods as bigger Red Bull branding takes its place. The Tag Heuer name also makes an appearance towards the rear of the car. "We decided that with a clean sheet of paper to go with something a bit more innovative, aggressive, that will stand out in the crowd and stand out in a few more drivers' mirrors," said Christian Horner, Team Principal of Red Bull Racing.
During the unveiling, Daniel Ricciardo expressed his optimism for the upcoming race season, hoping that the new livery brings in more luck in 2016. "The new livery looks good, the car looks amazing. Obviously for us as drivers we’re more concerned about how it performs on track, but as long as it looks good that’s important as well. It looks good, the kit is cool – we got the whole stampede camo look, which is pretty funky. Hopefully it means some good results for 2016".
