Morgan 3-Wheeler One-Make Race eyed for Philippines
The popularity of the Morgan 3-Wheeler has encouraged its distributor to plan a one-make race for the unique model.

New Morgan distributor White Knight Automobiles has officially marked its presence in the Philippine market with the opening of its new showroom along EDSA in Mandaluyong City. As previously reported, the new dealership currently has four cars on display (three Morgan Classic Plus 4 2-liter cars in sports white and one Classic Plus 4 4-Seater in sports white).
A 3-Wheeler was instantly purchased by an avid customer who couldn't wait until the opening of the showroom. CEO Morgan Say also shared that several customers have also expressed their intent in purchasing the unique 3-Wheeler model.
It is powered by an S&S 2.0-liter V twin engine mated to a 5 speed gearbox rated at 80 PS and 140 Nm, while weighing a mere 525kg. In standard trim, the 3-Wheeler retails for Php3,500,000.
The popularity of the 3-Wheeler has encouraged the White Knight to plan a one-make race scheduled either towards the latter part of 2014 or early 2015 according to Say. The event will be open to motorsport inclined gentlemen racers from the Philippines and abroad.
