Kia Cee'd TCR to take on touring car championship
Kia all set to join TCR with race-ready Cee'd

Kia will soon be battling with Alfa Romeo, Honda, Seat and Volkswagen at the second season of the TCR International Series after the company recently released its rendering of the Cee'd TCR. Made possible by Kia Austria, the upcoming racecar is based off the latest generation five-door hatchback and features an array of modifications.
Seen outside is the racecar's wide bodykit, carbon fiber front splitter, large air intake and new front bumper. Also present is the signature tiger nose grill that is paired up with blacked-out headlights and a modified hood. Extended wheel arches, new side skirts and multi-spoke racing wheels wrapped in Michelin tires dominate the side profile of the Cee'd TCR.
Images of the rear section of the racecar were not provided but the cee'd TCR does get a huge tailgate-mounted spoiler.
More details about the upcoming racecar will be revealed soon as the next round of the TCR International Series is set to take place on April 24 in Estoril, Portugal.
