Sentul, Indonesia - Denso-Hanjin-Joson F3 Racing has clinched its first team title in the Promotions Class after a double win by Indonesian driver Moreno Soeprapto at his home circuit in Sentul extended the team's lead to 47 points. The Indonesian also hopes to clinch the driver's championship which he currently leads by 39 points.
Soeprapto guns for a driver championship heading to the last two rounds at the Batangas Racing Circuit with an almost impossible margin to beat against Greg Murphy. Although the team still did not like to speculate anything until after 11th round.
"Moreno may have an almost impossible to beat margin in the championship, but as they say, it ain't over until the fat lady sings. Although we are delighted that the Team has already clinched the championship, we would be more delighted if our driver also gets the championship. This makes for a bigger celebration," said Team Principal Richard Joson.
