Grosjean to wear Bianchi-inspired helmet at 2016 Monaco GP
Romain Grosjean to pay tribute to the late Jules Bianchi with unique helmet

Nearly a year has passed since the death of Marussia's Jules Bianchi who succumbed to his head injuries after crashing onto a mobile crane at the 2014 Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix.
As a way of paying tribute, Haas F1 driver Romain Grosjean will be sporting a Bianchi-inspired helmet at this year's Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco. The bespoke helmet features graphics of the late French racing driver.
Moreover, the helmet pays tribute to Bianchi's ninth-place finish during the 2014 Monaco Grand Prix. Grosjean finished eighth during the 2014 race with then racing team Lotus.
Apart from the special helmet, Grosjean also described that Monaco is a special place for him as it is just beside his home country of France.
“We’re beside France and there’s always a lot of people, a lot of fans. It is, of course, special because of all the glamour because it is Monaco. Everyone knows Monaco and everyone wants to be in Monaco. It’s a very challenging track and a very long weekend with lots of demands, but at the end of the day it’s a very nice show,” said Grosjean.
During last year's Hungarian Grand Prix, Formula One held a minute of silence for the passing of Jules Bianchi. Several F1 drivers including Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg, Sebastien Vettel, Jenson Button, Romain Grosjean, Daniel Ricciardo, Danill Kvyat, Nico Hulkenberg, Marcus Ericsson, Pastor Maldonado and Felipse Massa attended Bianchi's funeral last July 21, 2015 in his hometown of Nice, France.
