City Kart Racing opens new karting track in Porac, Pampanga
Check out the newly opened City Kart Racing Pampanga located in Porac

Getting bored of your usual karting track in Circuit Makati? Why not go on a road trip to Porac, Pampanga and try out the new, longer and not to mention more exciting track there. Called the Pampanga International Circuit, City Kart Racing officially opened the doors to its newest racetrack last November 30.

Yes, the new track in Porac is also operated by City Kart Racing. For those who don’t know, it’s the same group that runs the go-karting track in Makati. As a result, you no longer need to sign up for a new membership. Instead, you can just use your existing one.

Unlike the track in Makati, the new Pampanga International Circuit comes in two layouts: short course and long course. If you happen to have given the go-kart track a go earlier this year, then you’re likely to have driven on the short course. Meanwhile, a whole lap of the long track is around 1.2-kilometers long. It takes around a minute and 16 seconds on average to complete one lap of the long track. Probably its best feature, however, would be the long main straight where you can hit 85 km/h.

To mark the grand opening of the Pampanga International Circuit last November 30, City Kart Racing held the Rotax Philippines 2019 Invitational and the 12 Hours Sodi W Series Endurance race. (We here at AutoIndustriya.com actually took part in the 12-hour endurance race, so stayed tuned for our upcoming feature.)
City Kart Racing Pampanga is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00PM to 5:00PM and Friday to Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
