AutoPerformance PH sponsors three up-and-coming Filipino racers
..and you can head on over to the Clark International Motor Show this weekend to meet them
Staff Writer

AutoPerformance, the exclusive distributors of Sabelt racing equipment and Brembo brake products in the Philippines, has just announced their support for three up-and-coming young racers from various motorsport disciplines namely Stefan Ramirez, Mark Bernardo and Sung Joon Park.
Stefan Ramirez is one of the youngest in a long line of great Ramirez racers; the grandson of Pocholo and the son of Kookie. Stefan is working very hard to create his own legacy and be recognized as a great driver in his own right. Despite racing a car that's over 15 years old, Stefan managed to take a podium in last season's Philippine Touring Car Championship.
Mark Bernardo is the 2013 Lateral D amateur champion. This year he will move up to the pro division, but he's already carved out a reputation for his consistency and skill. He actually competed against the professionals in the Drift Muscle event last year, finishing in the top 8 among over 30 competitors.
Sung Joon "SJ" Park is the reigning Winds Formula Philippines champion. His situation is unique not only because of his heritage (born in Korea and raised in the Philippines), but also because he is still a college student. SJ has been very successful in balancing school and racing, and is hoping to be the first locally-nurtured talent after Marlon Stockinger to move up the ranks of international open wheel racing.
Stefan, Mark and SJ will be roaming around the Clark International Motor Show all day Sunday, February 23. The three homegrown talents will be at the Brembo/Sabelt (AutoPerformance Ph) booth (booth number G121) from 2:00PM to 4:00PM to take photos, sign autographs, and chat with anyone who wants to learn about their motorsport discipline or even just cars in general.
