Acura NSX GT3 race liveries, driver lineup for Rolex 24 revealed
Acura NSX GT3 Race Liveries and Michael Shank Racing team to make official debut at the Rolex 24

Acura Motorsports and Michael Shank Racing team will be making its official debut at the Rolex 24 of Daytona in January.
NSX GT3 race liveries both feature a mirror-image effect. The #86 car, which celebrates Acura’s 30th anniversary, gets a black front section as well as orange accents. Meanwhile, the #93 car, which represents 1993 or the year HPD was founded, gets the opposite color pattern with a white front section and a black rear deck.
“The debut of the Acura NSX GT3 at the prestigious Rolex 24 will mark the return of the Acura brand to IMSA sports car competition. We’ve aimed to race the NSX in North America since the car was just a sketch on paper, and we couldn’t more excited than to debut at Daytona,” said Art St. Cyr, president of Honda Performance Development (HPD) and Acura Motorsports.

In addition, MSR team principal Michael Shank has also revealed the driver lineups for each of the team’s two Acura NSX GT3 racers.
The #93 car will have Graham Rahal, Andy Lally, Katherine Legge and Mark Wilkins. Meanwhile, driver lineup for the #86 car includes Ryan Hunter-Reay, Ozz Negri, Jeff Segal and Tom Dyer.
Before competing at the Rolex 24 on January 28-29, all eight drivers will be at the Roar Before the 24 testing session from January 6 to 8.
