Will Jetour Auto PH launch Dashing PHEV with a 1.5L engine?
Aside from the T-2, Jetour Auto PH appears to be preparing to reveal the Dashing PHEV as well

Last week, we found out that Jetour Auto Philippines has received regulatory approval for a new vehicle powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. Based on insider info we gathered along with what the automaker plans on launching soon, it seems Jetour Auto Philippines is already making preparations to bring the T-2 flagship SUV.
Aside from that, Jetour Auto Philippines has been posting teaser photos of what looks to be the Dashing i-DM, AKA the Dashing plug-in hybrid (PHEV) for the past several weeks. However, we have yet to know the exact specifications of the upcoming electrified crossover. Fortunately, we have received new information about the upcoming vehicle and its supposed engine.

Besides the automaker receiving approval for a 2.0-liter-powered vehicle, the company has also been issued a new regulatory approval for a crossover powered by an engine that displaces 1498cc which translates to 1.5-liters. After checking what powertrain is available in the Dashing i-DM, it appears the electrified crossover will get the same 1.5-liter turbocharged plug-in hybrid system as the one offered in the PRC.
In its home market, all variants of the Dashing i-DM get the 1.5-liter turbocharged engine that's assisted by a pair of electric motors and a 19.27 kWh ternary lithium battery pack. The result is a combined output of 326 PS along with a generous 545 Nm of torque. It is then paired with a 3-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT) that drives the front wheels.

Since it's a PHEV, the Dashing i-DM can travel up to 100 km on just battery power alone. More importantly, the crossover comes with a vehicle-to-load feature. With a 3,000 kW capacity for powering/charging other devices, it can power up a campsite while in the great outdoors or provide emergency power in times of disaster.
Just like the T-2, Jetour Auto Philippines has yet to say when they will be revealing the Dashing i-DM. Perhaps we might see both vehicles debut at this year's Manila International Auto Show, or perhaps a separate event that is scheduled before the annual auto show. But for now, all we can do is wait and hopefully get more insider info about the launch of the two vehicles (as well as the X90 Plus).
