There's always something about classic cars that makes us sentimental about the good ol' days. Apart from their old-school looks, these types of vehicles were simpler and make us want to travel back in time to experience them during their heyday.

One such vehicle that makes us want to enter a time machine is this exquisite 1983 Toyota FJ45 Land Cruiser. This 4x4 pickup truck has been meticulously restored inside & out and looks as if it was kept in a time capsule all these years. It's finished in a nice shade of Olive Green and comes with a tan leather interior which makes the entire vehicle pop.

Since it was restored to look like it came off the showroom floor in the 80s, this particular FJ45 looks clean. In fact, the vehicle has only racked up over 600 miles or just 965 km on the clock. Even the interior still comes with the instruction decals for the locking wheel hubs and 4WD system which enthusiasts will appreciate. Bringing some modern amenities inside the classic FJ45 is a 1-DIN head unit with a USB port.

Under the hood lies the 4.2-liter 2F six-cylinder gasoline engine which has been rebuilt and gets a new modern electrical system. It makes a decent 135 PS and 271 Nm of torque which was quite powerful for its time.

Power is then sent to a 4-speed manual gearbox complete with a 4WD transfer case with 4L (4-Low). Should the going get tough, the restored FJ45 has a Warn power winch as standard along with an Old Man Emu suspension.

Looking to get this piece of Land Cruiser history? It's currently being auctioned by RM Sotheby's Arizona and could fetch between USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 (around PHP 2.777 million to PHP 3.888 million). However, we believe this 1983 FJ45 Land Cruiser could fetch a higher price beyond USD 70,000.
