VinFast VF 3 coming to PH, will retail below PHP 800K
Coming soon to PH roads, the stylish and quirky VinFast VF 3

After making its official debut in the Philippine market, Vietnamese automaker VinFast will be expanding its product lineup with yet another electric vehicle (EV). Set to become the brand's most affordable EV in the country is the VF 3.
You read right, the VF 3 is set to be launched in the Philippines and will retail below PHP 800,000. First making its global debut at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the VinFast VF 3 will enter the market at a time when small cars are becoming rarer on the road. Moreover, the arrival of the VF 3 signals VinFast's commitment to providing affordable EVs.
Measuring 3190mm long, 1679mm wide, 1622mm tall, and having a wheelbase of 2075mm, VinFast claims the VF 3 will be perfect for city life. It also has 191mm of ground clearance which is more than enough to tackle speed bumps and potholes in the city. Combined with its affordable price tag, low operating costs, and option for battery rental, the VF 3 is billed to have minimal costs over a typical gasoline-powered car in Metro Manila.

Motivation comes in the form of a single electric motor that delivers a humble 40 PS along with 110 Nm of torque. Power comes from an 18.64 kWh lithium-ion phosphate battery pack which gives the VF 3 a range of over 200 km based on the NEDC cycle. Paired with a stylish exterior and compact size, the VinFast VF 3 will be quite the EV once it's officially launched in the country.
With a sticker price of below PHP 800,000, once it's revealed, the VinFast VF 3 may attract prospective buyers who are looking to buy an affordable but high-riding EV.
