UAAGI celebrates 5th anniversary of Chery Auto Philippines
Chery Auto PH is poised to further strengthen its position in the market

Chery Auto Philippines is celebrating a major milestone as it recently marked its 5th anniversary since re-entering the Philippine market last November 2019 with United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI).
In just five years, Chery has evolved from a newcomer to a key industry player, setting new benchmarks in quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation. With a strong vision for the future, Chery Auto Philippines is poised to continue its growth and strengthen its presence in the Philippine automotive market.

Since its official reintroduction last November 2019, Chery Auto Philippines has consistently delivered on its commitment to quality, reliability, and service excellence. Chery launched its signature Premium Preserv Warranty Program, which has been a cornerstone of its appeal to Filipino customers. Offering a 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty, 3 years of free Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS), and 24/7 Roadside Assistance, Chery made it easier for Filipinos to own and maintain their vehicles worry-free.
Not only that, but Chery built confidence in the brand by launching the EC Mobile Service Program in 2020. This ensures that customers have access to top-tier service no matter where they are. At the same time, Chery further strengthened its connection to the Filipino community by officially welcoming the Chery Tiggo Crossovers volleyball team to the Chery family, which went on to win the 2021 PVL Open Conference title.

In 2021, Chery expanded its vehicle lineup with the launch of the Tiggo 7 Pro and Tiggo 2 Pro, reinforcing its dedication to providing attainable, high-quality, stylish, and reliable vehicles. In 2022, Chery Auto Philippines achieved a major milestone with the launch of the Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6 Turbo and Tiggo 8 Pro Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) at the Manila International Auto Show.
In 2023, a new Chery management team was introduced during Chery Auto Philippines’ brand relaunch under the leadership of seasoned and industry veteran, Chery Auto Philippines Managing Director Froilan Dytianquin. 2023 also marked a defining year for Chery Auto Philippines, ushering in a “New Era of Growth” with the introduction of the Tiggo 5x Pro Hybrid and Tiggo 7 Pro Hybrid models, completing the brand's "Pro" lineup.

The company also previewed the Tiggo 7 Pro Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), alongside its first full-electric vehicles, the eQ1 and eQ7 at the Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit, reaffirming Chery’s commitment to sustainability and the future of mobility.
Chery’s CSR efforts also gained momentum in 2023, with the launch of the Chery Cares Program, which provided much-needed support to communities through a feeding program. Chery also ended the year achieving record-breaking wholesale and retail sales, with its growing influence in the market.

As part of its continued growth and commitment to expanding its presence nationwide, Chery Auto Philippines' dealer network successfully grew to 24 dealerships all over the country. This strategic expansion not only enhances the brand’s accessibility to customers but also strengthens its foothold in key regions, making Chery vehicles more available to Filipino motorists across the country.
Chery Auto Philippines continues to build momentum in 2024 with the official launch of the New 2025 Tiggo 2 Pro and the sneak preview of the New Tiggo 5x Pro at the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS). These exciting new models highlight Chery’s continued dedication to providing Filipinos with attainable and high-quality vehicles with advanced technology, safety features, and exceptional value.

With the continued success of its innovative offerings, Chery Auto Philippines is poised to further strengthen its position in the market.
