Toyota PH will also offer unique conversions, body styles for Tamaraw
Customers with specific needs can get the Tamaraw as a patrol van, ambulance, mobile store, camper van, and more

Earlier today, we reported that Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has opened the order books for the all-new Tamaraw. Better yet, the automaker also revealed the specs, variants, features, and available body styles of the next-generation workhorse.
From a utility van to a dropside pickup truck, as well as an aluminum box van, the all-new Tamaraw can wear many hats to suit various customers' needs. But despite the available offerings from Toyota, some were left disappointed that Toyota could not offer more body styles to suit other special needs. Some were also clamoring for a camper van-style version of the all-new Tamaraw which will likely be a popular choice among those who enjoy the outdoors.

Seeing this conundrum, TMP is also offering unique conversions for the Tamaraw. Depending on the specific purpose the vehicle will take, Toyota is offering several conversion options under TMP Conversion & Accessories (TMPCA) and Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines (TMSPH).

TMPCA offers the Patrol Van, Ambulance, and Refrigerated Van body styles of the Tamaraw. They can also convert the Tamaraw into a school bus, freezer van, telco van, insulated van, and as a patient transport vehicle. On the other hand, TMSPH can convert the Tamaraw into a Camping Car, Food Truck, and Pet Grooming vehicle. They can also transform the vehicle into a mobile store, a mobile service vehicle, and as a fire truck.

No exact pricing or specifications were mentioned by TMP for the Tamaraw conversions. More than likely, these types of vehicles will vary in price depending on the extent of the conversion as requested by the customer. Moreover, TMP might also seek help from local bodybuilders to make the conversions a reality.
With interest growing for the available body styles and conversions for the all-new Toyota Tamaraw, it's no wonder the automaker already opened the order books.
