Toyota Motor Corporation to build new HQ in Tokyo, Japan
It will have the latest office equipment and introduce innovative systems for new ways of working

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) is showing the world that its mobility philosophy is not just for their products but also for its employees. That is the blueprint of their upcoming headquarters, which will open by the second quarter of 2029.
Simply called the “New Tokyo Head Office,” the new location will be at the Shinagawa Station West Exit area and will not just be a fresh new office. It will be a place for collaborative creation where diverse colleagues gather, including the placement of software development functions and the introduction of facilities necessary for demonstration.
Toyota will also encourage employees to be more creative and mobile while working by using new systems and infrastructure that allows them to move around and find the best spot for creativity and collaboration in the office.
Another concept Toyota introduces is CASE (Connected, Autonomous/Automated, Shared, and Electric). It encompasses the goal of providing smiles and happiness to everyone around the world through various mobility services.
Toyota’s new office will expand the mobile value, work on sustainable coexistence between humanity and the earth, including carbon neutrality, and create new value by integrating social systems and mobility.
