Toyota GR Yaris Morizo RR is a track-tuned Nurburgring special
The GR Yaris Morizo RR gets an exclusive suspension setup, exterior upgrades, and a special cabin

Toyota Gazoo Racing has just revealed what could be the most track-focused version of the GR Yaris. Making its official debut is the GR Yaris Morizo RR, and from its namesake, the special edition hot hatchback was made possible with Toyota Corporate Chairman & Master Driver Akio Toyoda, AKA Morizo.
The GR Yaris Morizo RR is a culmination of lessons learned from competing in the 2025 Nurburgring 24 Hours endurance race and comes with an exclusive suspension setup and a revised 4WD control mode. After Toyoda competed at the recent endurance race driving the No. 109 GR Yaris, he was quick to share just how good he found the GR Yaris to be and even credited the 8-speed Direct Automatic Transmission, allowing him to conquer 15 laps.

Starting with the exclusive upgrades, the GR Yaris Morizo RR's suspension has been optimized to achieve damping forces that allow the tires to firmly follow even on highly uneven road surfaces. The automaker says this translates to performance that delivers stress-free everyday driving while maintaining a sporty driving experience.
Helping the suspension do that is thanks to the massive rear wing that's available only to the GR Yaris Morizo RR. It's made from carbon fiber and was developed through competing at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring. This is then complemented by a front spoiler, side skirts, and a carbon fiber hood.

Speaking of exclusive, the GR Yaris Morizo RR is painted in a unique Gravel Khaki finish that was favored by Morizo himself. Also present is a piano black finish on the grille and the eye-catching alloy wheels finished in Matte Bronze.

As mentioned earlier, the GR Yaris Morizo RR also benefits from an exclusive 4WD control mode. Instead of having “GRAVEL” Mode, the automaker replaced it with “MORIZO” that sets the initial torque distribution between the axles at a 50:50 split.

Open the doors and the hot hatch welcomes occupants with special seats that feature a modified headrest embroidery and a differently colored perforation. It also gets a suede-covered steering wheel that's also slightly smaller than typical steering wheels, modified paddle shifters, an exclusive serial-number plate with a Morizo RR logo, and an exclusive GR full TFT gauge display.

Plan on getting one? Unfortunately, the GR Yaris Morizo RR will initially be available to the Japanese market, and only 100 units will be made. However, Toyota also said that the limited hot hatch will also be offered in Europe, which will be offered in just 100 examples, as well.
