This is the 2024 Honda Prologue EV crossover
Honda releases sketch of upcoming Prologue mid-size electric SUV

Honda has already started their electrification plans and has developed electric SUVs derived from the HR-V like the e:NS1 EV crossover which is now sold in China.
However, in other markets like the US, Honda is a bit late to the EV party. With that said, they will mark the beginning of Honda BEV models in the region with this: the Honda Prologue.
From the sketch, the Prologue echoes the contemporary design cues seen on the all-new HR-V and even the upcoming BR-V crossover with its looks. Meanwhile, the long wheelbase, short overhangs, and tall ride height look like the upcoming midsize SUV could be capable off-road.
The Prologue's exterior was designed and developed with the collaboration of the Honda Design Studio in Los Angeles and the design team in Japan. However, under the skin of the Prologue is pure General Motors, as it will be manufactured at a GM plant, and will use GM's BEV3 electric vehicle architecture and battery management system like the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq.
True to its name, the Prologue will lead Honda's electric charge in North America. Set to be launched in 2024, the crossover will join the Pilot and the Passport in Honda's midsize SUV offering in the region.
For the time being, it looks like the Honda Prologue will be a US-only model. But would you like to see it offered here in the future? Let us know in the comments.
