Suzuki XL7 Hybrid Edition revealed, begins at PHP 1.259M
Suzuki's rugged 7-seater MPV gets a dose of sophistication with the new Black Edition

The Fronx Hybrid wasn't the only Suzuki that was launched last week. Also making its Philippine debut is the new Suzuki XL7 Hybrid Black Edition. Trading shiny chrome accents for gloss black trim, the XL7 Hybrid Black Edition gives the 7-seater MPV a sleeker appearance.
Unlike the regular XL7 Hybrid, the Black Edition model sports plenty of blacked-out elements. The front grille has been painted black, while the 16-inch alloy wheels also receive a black finish. On two-tone variants, the roof has also been finished in black to complement the overall black aesthetic of the MPV.

But it is perhaps the rear of the XL7 Hybrid Black Edition that received the most drastic change. Both the LED taillight surrounds and the tailgate trim piece have been painted gloss black to give the XL7 Hybrid a more menacing, if not a more discerning, appearance.
Open the doors, and all remains inside the XL7 Hybrid Black Edition. But given its namesake, Suzuki applied for black trim accents inside the MPV. The result is a more sophisticated-looking cabin that complements the exterior.

Since the XL7 Hybrid Black Edition is based on the GLX, the 7-seater MPV comes with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, satellite navigation, cruise control, keyless entry with push-button start, an engine auto start/stop system, and a reverse camera with rear parking sensors.
Under the hood, the XL7 Hybrid Black Edition gets the carried-over K15B four-cylinder engine with VVT and 12V mild-hybrid system. It makes 104 PS with 138 Nm of torque and is mated to a 4-speed automatic gearbox.

Pricing and variants of the Suzuki XL7 Hybrid Black Edition are as follows:
XL7 Hybrid Black Edition Monotone – PHP 1,259,000
XL7 Hybrid Black Edition Two-Tone – PHP 1,269,000
