Suzuki e Every Concept is a Kei car-sized commercial EV
Aside from the Swift Concept, Suzuki will also reveal the e Every Concept at Japan Mobility Show

Five months ago, Toyota, Daihatsu, and Suzuki announced they would be unveiling a mini commercial EV. The three automakers jointly develop the battery electric vehicle (BEV) system for the mini commercial EV while Daihatsu will be the one producing the EV itself for all the brands to sell.
At the 2023 Japan Mobility Show, Suzuki is all set to reveal a concept version of the said EV beside the Swift Concept. Say hello to the e Every Concept, a mini commercial BEV that will serve as a zero-emissions vehicle for businesses.

It adheres to Japan's Kei car regulations as it only measures 3395mm long, 1475mm wide, and 1890mm tall. Suzuki has yet to reveal the exact details of its electric powertrain. However, they did mention that on a full charge, the e Every Concept can travel up to 200km. In times of emergencies, the EV can also supply power to local communities via its vehicle-to-load system.
While its design may not be the most eye-catching, the boxy look of the concept EV means it can maximize cargo space. It also has dual sliding doors and a tailgate at the back to store large items such as boxes, crates, etc.

Other details and features of the concept have yet to be revealed by Suzuki. But given the popularity of mini commercial vehicles in helping small to medium enterprises, we won't be surprised if there's already a production version in the works.
With Mitsubishi set to build the Minicab MiEV and ek X EV in Indonesia for ASEAN markets, should Suzuki follow in Mitsubishi's footsteps and have the electric Every built in Indonesia as well in the not-so-distant future?
