Sports Cars For a Cause 7 gathers over 400 cars in BGC
Here's a recap of the recently held Sports cars for cause year 7

Now in its seventh year, Sports Cars for a Cause once again brought together automotive enthusiasts, families, and partners in a celebration of community, camaraderie, and shared purpose.
Guided by the theme “It Takes a Village,” this year’s event expanded to 5th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines for the first time, marking its largest edition to date.

Car enthusiasts were treated to a remarkable display as hundreds of vehicles, from vintage classics and high-performance sports cars to modern supercars, lined 4th Avenue, 5th Avenue, and 27th Street beside Six/NEO and Seven/NEO, transforming the district into a vibrant open-air automotive showcase.

Beyond the impressive display of automotive excellence from car clubs across Metro Manila, the event champions a meaningful mission: supporting the Sisters of Mary School, a 100% donor-funded boarding school dedicated to providing underprivileged students with free high school education, TESDA-accredited technical training, housing, and medical care.

Reflecting on the milestone expansion, Charlie Rufino, President of NEO and BGC Car Club Convenor, shared: “This is about showing up for the kids, showing up for each other, and using what we love to make a real difference. The cars bring people in, but the cause keeps us together. Expanding to 5th Avenue shows what a committed community can achieve.”

This year’s village-style layout created an immersive and family-friendly atmosphere, with designated zones highlighting different segments of the automotive showcase.
The organized setup drew both motoring enthusiasts and local residents, while the expanded footprint reinforced the event’s mission of community-driven change and collective impact.

“We are proud to once again be part of Sports Cars for a Cause. This event embodies our mission of creating places that bring people together, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a cause that uplifts lives while strengthening community spirit and connections,” Rufino added.

Sports Cars for a Cause is organized by the Sisters of Mary School, NEO, Bonifacio Global City, BGC Car Club, and Threadborne Group. Together, they continue to unite the automotive community in support of education and opportunity.
