PIMS 2024: Honda Civic RS e:HEV is yours for PHP 1.990M
2025 Honda Civic makes PH debut along with e:HEV variant

It was a long time coming but Honda Cars Philippines Inc (HCPI) has finally launched its sleek and sporty hybrid sedan. After giving us a taste of things to come last month, the Civic e:HEV has officially been revealed for the Philippine market.
Revealed alongside the refreshed Civic VTEC Turbo, the electrified sedan is set to go up against the Corolla HEV and other hybrid compact sedans in the market. This also marks Honda’s return to offering a hybrid sedan after the Legend which was launched several years ago.

Beginning with its most important aspect, the Civic e:HEV gets a similar powertrain as the CR-V e:HEV. Under the hood is a 2.0L four-cylinder engine that’s assisted by two synchronous electric motors. The result is a total system output of 184 PS and 315 Nm of torque. Power is then transferred to a dedicated hybrid transmission that delivers a faster and more precise power delivery to the wheels.
Those who still swear by internal combustion can still get the 2025 Civic with the carried-over 1.5L VTEC Turbo. As before, the turbocharged engine makes 178 PS with 240 Nm and is mated to an Earth Dreams CVT that drives the front wheels.
Both the e:HEV and VTEC Turbo versions of the 2025 Civic benefit from several drive modes. These include Normal, Econ, and Sport. However, the Civic e:HEV is the only variant to get an extra drive mode called Individual which will allow drivers to set their particular preferences individually.

Style-wise, the 2025 Civic gets a redesigned front bumper that features a larger front grille and a lower intake with a honeycomb design. It also gets slimmer side intakes which is similar to what the FL5 Civic Type R gets. Other changes include exclusive 18-inch alloy wheels for the Civic e:HEV, smoked LED taillights, and e:HEV/RS badges for the electrified Civic.

Hop aboard and there’s a new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment display that now supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also gets USB-C charging/data ports, a wireless charging pad that goes along with the new touchscreen, and the carried-over 12-speaker Bose sound system.
Also available is Honda Connect which makes the 2025 Civic the latest model to get the intuitive feature. First introduced in the latest CR-V, Honda Connect gives owners the ability to use features such as Find My Car, Geofencing Alert, Emergency Call, Car Status, Remote Vehicle Control, and Service Reminder.

Honda Sensing continues to be available for the 2025 Civic which gives it intelligent driver aids such as collision mitigation braking, lane-keeping assist, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, auto high beam with adaptive driving beam, and lead car departure notification.
Available colors for the 2025 Honda Civic are Canyon River Blue Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, Ignite Red Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, and Platinum Pearl White.
Reservation fees for the new Civic RS e:HEV variant will be waived from Oct 24 - 31, 2024.
The 2025 Honda Civic is now available at authorized dealerships and pricing & variants are as follows:
2.0 RS e:HEV - PHP 1.990 million
1.5 RS - PHP 1.790 million
1.5 V - PHP 1.6 million
