PIMS 2022: Mitsubishi makes it official; Ralliart is back
Ralliart brand returns with visual upgrades for Montero Sport and Strada

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines has made it official at the 8th Philippine International Motor Show, their legendary motorsport brand has officially returned. While it's far from being the performance arm we've gotten so used to in the past, the Ralliart name is back to highlight the DNA injected into two of Mitsubishi's most popular models in the country – the Montero Sport SUV and the Strada pickup truck.
Initially revived by Mitsubishi Thailand back in 2021, the Ralliart brand returns to enhance the look of the Montero Sport and Strada through special decal packs and exterior accessories.

Starting with the Montero Sport, the Ralliart package adds a red bumper garnish, blacked-out roof, grille, tailgate spoiler and wheels, plus red mudflaps and a Ralliart decal on the rear quarter. Meanwhile, the Strada receives the same Ralliart treatment, but it gets a different set of black wheels and a special Ralliart bedliner.

Mitsubishi says the Ralliart package will be offered to the Montero Sport Black Series 2WD and Strada GLS 4X2 A/T for PHP 2,129,000 and PHP 1,429,000 respectively. The package is only available in two colorways – black and white.
In addition, the manufacturer marked its Ralliart's return by displaying a show version of the Strada Rally Car that Mitsubishi will use in the 2022 Asia Cross-Country rally in November.

While many may scoff at the fact that the Ralliart name was only used as a dress-up kit, we should remember that a lot of Mitsubishi's rallying experience was factored in during the development stage of the Montero Sport and Strada. So for all intents and purposes, the Ralliart branding is here as a reminder that the two models were somewhat born with motorsport DNA.
For visitors who would like to have a piece of Mitsubishi's rich rallying heritage, you can check out the Montero Sport and Strada with the Ralliart package at the 8th Philippine International Motor Show from September 15 to 18, 2022.
