Pampanga Premier Cars opens first PH BMW Retail.Next showroom
BMW Pampanga Premier Cars showroom upgrades to create a more contemporary and customer-centric environment.

BMW Group Asia and SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp., the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, announced the opening of the first-ever BMW Retail.Next showroom in Pampanga.

"The opening of our first-ever Retail.Next showroom in the Philippines is an exciting milestone for our brand in the region,” said Lars Nielsen, Managing Director, BMW Group Asia. “The Philippines is now the fifth market in the BMW Group Asia region to roll out Retail.Next and change the way we interact with our customers, and how they interact with our brand.
This vision has been brought to life through BMW Pampanga Premier Cars, marking a series of significant firsts for the Philippines: the first Retail.Next concept showroom, and the first sustainable, solar-powered BMW dealership. This advancement brings a refined BMW experience to customers in Northern and Central Luzon.

The new Pampanga Premier Cars showroom spans 1,256 square meters and is the first Retail.Next showroom in the Philippines. With six cars on display, the space features a flexible and stylish interior, multi-functional areas, as well as shared and open spaces with the customer’s comfort and experience in mind. New digital technologies, such as Emotional Virtual Experience (EVE) and POS.Digital, are seamlessly integrated into the space to engage customers and inform them of the latest products and services. Whether they are exploring the vehicles, browsing from the latest lifestyle collection, or waiting for their vehicles to be serviced, they are immersed in a cozy and premium environment every step of the way.

Retail.Next, a retail concept for all BMW Group brands, is designed to provide a holistic experience for customers throughout every online or offline interaction they have with the dealership. Using thoughtful interior design, new digital technologies, and new customer-facing roles and processes, every customer will be met with a best-in-class premium experience.
“This is the start of a new chapter for BMW in the Philippines,” said Spencer Yu, President, SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp. “By leveraging innovative retail concepts and the latest technologies, we are now able to offer our customers in Pampanga a truly differentiated experience that brings our brand to life in new and engaging ways. We're thrilled to introduce Retail.Next to the Philippines and look forward to deepening our connection with customers here."

The BMW Café and Customer Hospitality area is thoughtfully designed with warm lighting and comfortable seating arrangements, creating an atmosphere where customers can unwind and with a tasteful selection of food and beverages.
The rich cultural heritage of the Philippines is reflected through a hand-carved wooden paneled wall. In regions like Pampanga where exquisite wood carving traditions are well-renowned, the infusion of personality creates a seamless connection between local artistry and global excellence.
"Retail.Next is more than a renovation; it's a revolution. It represents how we connect, innovate, and elevate the BMW experience," stated Ms. Lisset Laus-Velasco, Chairman and CEO of Laus Group of Companies.

The customer experience is further enhanced by the availability of Digital tools, such as the Emotional Virtual Experience (EVE), a 3D-rendering software which presents vehicles to the customer in almost photo-realistic quality during the consultation and sales process. Thanks to EVE, the customer can view the stock vehicles offered by the dealer and can explore the vehicle from all available angles, including a detailed look at the interior and the exterior of the car and experience the vehicle in different environments during the day and night.

Pampanga Premier Cars is an authorized BMW dealer located on the Ground Floor of the CGIC Building along Jose Abad Santos Avenue in the City of San Fernando. The refresh of BMW Premier Cars Pampanga, under the LausGroup, reinforces BMW's strong presence in the region.
