The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced the suspension of the Expanded Number Coding Scheme, aka 'number coding', this coming Monday, August 21, 2023, Ninoy Aquino Day.

That said, vehicles with license plates or conduction stickers with a last digit of 1 or 2, can travel around Metro Manila without the need to worry about being flagged down.
August 21, 2023 has been declared a Special Non-Working Holiday by virtue of Republic Act 9256 of 2004 and Proclamation 42 by President, Ferdinand “Bong Bong” Marcos, Jr.
It’s going to be a long weekend folks, plan your travels accordingly.
