Nissan Festival is happening at Clark Speedway February 1 next year
Nissan PH president Masao Tsutsumi announces Nissan Festival happening next year

Nissan enthusiasts in the Philippines will have something special waiting for them come February of next year. This comes after Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) president Masao Tsutsumi announced that the automaker will hold the Nissan Festival on February 1, 2026.
It will take place at the Clark International Speedway on a Sunday, which means we can expect plenty of fun activities on the circuit. Tsutsumi has yet to reveal the exact details about the upcoming event. However, the executive did mention that Hiroshi Tamura will be joining the Nissan Festival next year.

That's right, Mr. GT-R himself will be present at next year's Nissan Festival. For those not in the know, Tamura is a self-confessed car enthusiast who played a significant role in the development of the R35 GT-R. Heck, Tamura was at the helm of the R35's design and production and even made significant inputs to its predecessor, the much-loved R34 GT-R. Aside from the GT-R, Tamura also helped in the development of the all-new Nissan Z (RZ34).

As for the Nissan Festival slated for February 1, 2026, Nissan Philippines could hold several activities at Clark International Speedway, including track exhibitions and a track day for car clubs. The automaker might also hold friendly competition between attendees, but we'll have to wait for more details to be revealed in the future.
With the date already set for next year, we'll be waiting for more info and details from Nissan Philippines Inc. about the upcoming Nissan Festival. Here's to hoping we won't have to wait that long.
