Mitsubishi releases 2022 Xpander accessories kit
Kit includes front and rear air dam, spoiler, and hood emblem

Thinking of accessorizing and dressing up your brand new Xpander but don't want to void the warranty? Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has you covered with a newly released accessories package for the recently updated MPV.

While the 2022 Xpander already looks sleek straight off the factory, Mitsubishi decided to make the 7-seater even more appealing with some styling upgrades. For starters, the MPV gets new front and rear air dams, sleek side skirts, a tailgate spoiler, as well as a hood emblem. The result is a more stylish and eye-catching look that makes the already good-looking MPV stand out more.

Don't expect to find any interior or mechanical upgrades, however, as the accessories kit is purely cosmetic. That means this particular Xpander will continue to have the regular 1.5-liter four-cylinder MIVEC engine that puts out 105 PS and 141 Nm of torque. Depending on the variant chosen, the MPV can be connected to either a 4-speed automatic or a 5-speed manual gearbox.

When it comes to amenities, the 2022 Xpander is equipped with digital air-conditioning (automatic climate control on higher variants), an electronic parking brake with auto-hold function, a new 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, charging outlets for all 3 rows of seats, as well as cruise control.

Those who want to get the accessories kit can get it per piece or as an entire package. The front air dam costs PHP 31,550 while the side skirts retail for PHP 31,525. The rear air dam is selling for PHP 29,910 while the tailgate spoiler is priced at PHP 13,440. Last but not least is the hood emblem which is available for PHP 4,315.

Add them all up and the entire set will set customers back a whopping PHP 110,740. Add that to the SRP of the regular Xpander models, and the most expensive version will cost PHP 1,290,740.
If you want to dress up your Xpander and don't mind paying an extra premium, then the accessories kit is your ticket to driving a more stylish 7-seater MPV.
