Mitsubishi PH reveals all-new 2026 Versa Van
Urvan-based Mitsubishi Versa Van will have 15 seats and retails at PHP 1.649M

After being spotted being transported on Philippine roads and being cleared by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) last year, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has revealed specifications of the all-new Versa Van.

Unlike its predecessor, which was a derivative of the L300, the all-new Versa Van is a rebadged version of the Nissan NV350 Urvan. But what can Filipino customers expect from the all-new people carrier?

For starters, it will be a 15-seater van, much like the Urvan Standard 15-seater MT. It's powered by a 2.5L turbo-diesel engine derived from the Urvan, which puts out 129 PS and 356 Nm of torque. Power is then sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox, and it features a 65-liter tank, which translates to more mileage per fill-up.

Unfortunately, the Versa Van will only have a single sliding door, which may disappoint fans who are accustomed to the dual-sliding doors of the original people carrier from yesteryear. However, the all-new Versa Van is now safer thanks to dual front airbags for the driver & front passenger.

The Mitsubishi Versa Van GLX 2WD MT is selling for PHP 1.649 million, which is slightly more than the Nissan Urvan 2.5 Standard 15-seater MT, which has a sticker price of PHP 1.560 million. Available colors for the Versa Van include Silver Metallic and White Solid.
