MIAS 2024: Mitsubishi PH gives slight tech update to Xpander Cross
Mitsubishi Xpander Cross gets a new 9-inch infotainment screen

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines is one of the few Japanese brands present at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show.
While most of the new brands took advantage of the event to introduce their newest models, Mitsubishi rather chose to promote its Taralets Pinas campaign along with the Philippine auto show debut of its pickup, the all-new Triton.

However, there was one thing that piqued our interest. Most of the Mitsubishi vehicles have been dressed up for overlanding. But upon taking a good look at the Xpander Cross on display, it actually has a surprise inside.
The Mitsubishi Xpander Cross is finished in a Green Bronze Metallic colorway that’s now available to the Xpander MPV, adding a new flavor to its sporty vibe. The rest of the body remains unchanged if you buy it at a Mitsubishi dealership. Though with the Overland Kings touch, the low-profile tires and overhead camping tent spruce up the appeal of the Xpander Cross even more.

Inside, the Xpander Cross gets a new 9-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Yes, the screen has been upgraded and is more up to par with the Indonesia-spec version. The new touchscreen display also applies to the Xpander MPV.

But despite the minor tech update, the Xpander Cross does not have a price increase. The high-riding MPV still retails for PHP 1,328,000 while the top-spec regular Xpander can be yours for PHP 1,198,000.

Check out the outfitted Xpander Cross along with the rest of Mitsubishi’s model lineup at the 2024 Manila International Auto Show.
