MIAS 2023: Ford PH teases next-gen Ranger Raptor
Ford PH boss Mike Breen says all-new Ranger Raptor is coming very soon

Yesterday, Ford Philippines officially revealed the all-new Territory to the public. Featuring a brand new look, a sleeker cabin, more standard features, and a more powerful EcoBoost engine, the brand's best-selling crossover sure made an impression during the first day of the 2023 Manila International Auto Show.
But while most of the motoring public was focused on the Territory and the various models of the Ranger and Everest, Ford also (quietly) showed another vehicle. Placed prominently at the far end of Ford's booth at MIAS 2023 is none other than the next-generation Ranger Raptor.

Finished in a distinct bright hue, the high-performance pick-up truck stood out like a sore thumb despite being placed in a corner. No exact specifications or details were shared by the automaker. However, we asked Ford Philippines head, Mike Breen, if the Ranger Raptor would be here by the third quarter of 2023, to which he answered:
“It won't even be Q3. Sooner,” said Breen.
So that means we can expect the Ranger Raptor in May, possibly even in June. But will the PH-spec Ranger Raptor come with the new 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 or the tried-and-tested 2.0-liter bi-turbo EcoBlue from before?

We managed to take a closer look at the all-new Ranger Raptor and saw that it only has a single exhaust underneath. With the V6-powered Raptor having a dual exhaust setup, it looks like we'll still be getting the bi-turbo version of the pickup truck. This doesn't exactly come as a surprise since Ford recently launched the bi-turbo diesel Ranger Raptor at the 2023 Bangkok International Motor Show.
With the launch of the all-new Ranger Raptor coming very soon, those who want to get one may try and contact their nearest Ford dealership to make a reservation.
