MIAS 2022: Chevrolet launches all-new Tahoe SUV
After the Corvette C8, Chevrolet showcases the fifth-generation Tahoe at MIAS

It may have taken some time, but Chevrolet distributor The Covenant Car Company Inc (TCCCI) kept its promise of bringing in the all-new Tahoe.
Making its first official appearance at the 2022 Manila International Auto Show, the next-generation SUV gets a new platform and a more stylish look inside and out. Furthermore, the Tahoe was brought in wearing the Z71 four-wheel-drive package, and is the only variant offered in the country.

First and foremost, the Tahoe gets a new face. It gets a new pair of LED headlights and LED daytime running lights, along with an hourglass-style grille derived from the Silverado.
Inside, occupants are greeted by a full-leather interior. From the seats, dashboard, door trims, and touch points, high-quality leather blankets the cabin. Placed at the center of the dashboard is a new 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It comes with Bluetooth, USB, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, as well as built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi and navigation. Below the touchscreen is a new automatic climate control panel.

Other amenities available inside the 2022 Tahoe include a rear entertainment system that consists of two 12.6-inch screens, a heads-up display for the driver, a restyled instrument cluster, and a button-style gear selector.
Underneath the massive hood, the all-new Tahoe is powered by a 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 that makes a healthy 355 PS along with 518 Nm of torque, and is connected to a 10-speed automatic transmission with electronic precision shift.

Furthermore, the Tahoe is packed with a lot of advanced driver assistance systems, and some of them include forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, lane keep assist with lane departure warning and rear cross traffic alert.
The 2022 Tahoe sells for PHP 4,749,888. And according to Chevrolet, they are now accepting reservations for the four-wheel-drive SUV.
