Makati City closes down Poblacion roads at 3PM today
Take note of these Makati road closures and alternate routes

Heads up, dear motorists. Here's another road closure happening in Metro Manila today.
As part of the activities for the annual celebration of the Barangay Poblacion fiesta, the Makati City Government is advising motorists that they will be closing down a portion of the areas near the Poblacion Barangay hall in J.P. Rizal Avenue from 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM today, June 30, 2022.
Motorists heading towards Manila or Mandaluyong from Guadalupe are advised to make a left at Villena Street, turn right at General Luna, right to P. Burgos, then either make a left at J.P. Rizal or go straight to the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge to their destination.

To provide assistance to motorists who will make their way into the affected areas, the Makati City Government is deploying its Public Safety Department (PSD), the Makati Traffic Enforcement Unit (MTEU), and the Bantay Bayan Traffic & Security Deployment units in 11 strategic locations around the fiesta grounds.
Since it's a payday weekend, expect heavy traffic in these areas. To keep motorists from getting any more inconvenienced, it might be best to avoid these areas completely. That is unless you're taking part in the Poblacion festivities today.
