Mad Max-like armored truck is actually a Land Cruiser
Max 3 by SVI Engineering can stop 7.62x51 NATO rounds and shield you from grenades

Don't try to adjust your screens. What you're seeing right now is actually a real vehicle. This is called the Max 3 Six-Wheeler, and it's probably one of the most badass six-wheeled vehicles aside from the Mercedes-AMG G63 6x6.

Built and developed by SVI Engineering, a South African company that specializes in armored and security vehicles, the Max 3 is actually based on a Toyota Land Cruiser 79 series. For those in the know, it basically means SVI Engineering took a Land Cruiser pick-up, installed an additional axle and wheels, beefed up its suspension, and made it into this armored behemoth.

Looking like it's ready to do battle in a Mad Max movie, the Max 3 comes with armored steel plates all around that SVI Engineering claims can protect occupants from assault rifle rounds and even from grenades. It also has a protection level of EN1063 BR6 which means the vehicle is rated to stop 7.62x51 NATO rounds. Customers can even choose to upgrade its protection level to BR7.
Complementing its bulletproof exterior are several defense systems. First is a drone interceptor that can look for and identify hostile drones via radar. This information is then shared with an automated grenade launcher that can pick off hostile drones. It even gets an off-road motorcycle mounted at the back which can be used to retrieve the drone interceptor in case it's damaged in the field.

Powering this armored beast is, you guessed it, the evergreen 4.5-liter twin-turbo diesel V8. While no output figures were revealed, SVI Engineering said that it can support a maximum gross weight of 5,500 kg. This means the twin-turbo diesel was upgraded to carry all the extra weight the armored vehicle has. Last but not least, it gets BF Goodrich all-terrain tires, a modified suspension system, and a new anti-roll bar to ensure the vehicle doesn't topple over in dangerous driving situations.
While the vehicle itself was revealed to the public in South Africa using a double-cab body style, SVI Engineering said it will also be developing a single-cab version, as well as an SUV version that can double as a trooper carrier or mobile command center.

If you have a Land Cruiser 70 series and are looking to modify it into the most badass armored vehicle, perhaps the Max 3 can provide some inspiration for your preferred build. Heck, maybe you can inquire at SVI Engineering directly and ask if they can ship vehicles for you.
