Lynk & Co celebrates 8th anniversary
2024 marks the 8th year anniversary of Lynk & Co in the industry since its inception in 2016 in Germany.

Believe it or not, Lynk & Co has been in the automotive business since 2016. With that, the brand recently commemorated its 8th year in the business.
Celebrated every 20th of October, this year marks the 8th anniversary of Lynk & Co in the industry, since 2016 from its inception in Berlin, Germany. This year, Lynk & Co reflects on the numerous, outstanding achievements the brand has attained. Most notably, the global brand now has a customer base of approximately 1.24M users worldwide.

Over the last 8 years, Lynk & Co has expanded its product lineup to 10 product series’ covering compact to full-size models across powertrains including ICE, HEV, PHEV, and BEV. The brand’s first all-electric sedan the Lynk & Co Z10 (built on the Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform) was introduced in Gothenburg, Sweden in June 2024, expanding the existing product lineup and showcasing brand breakthroughs in new energy vehicle technology. A joint venture co-founded by Geely and Volvo, Lynk & Co embodies global perspectives while maximizing worldwide resources to its advantage.
In terms of design, Lynk & Co has been continuously innovating its design language over the past eight years. Inspired by urban lights and shadows, it adopts a second-generation design language "The Next Day" based on the concept of "Mega-city Contrast"—drawing inspiration from megacities that are multi-faceted in character, and home to many different peoples and cultures. The Next Day concept car debuted in 2022, showcasing a fresh interpretation of the Mega-city Contrast design philosophy. Since the launch of Lynk & Co 08 in 2023, the advanced design language has been adopted on new energy models.
Performance has been a long-term focus for Lynk & Co, with racing DNA infused in its products. With 6 World TCR champion titles from 2019 to 2023, Lynk & Co has proven its product performance in on-track races. With race-level product tuning, the brand empowers mass-produced vehicles with excellent performance for everyday driving.

Since the launch of Lynk & Co’s global strategy, the brand has accelerated its market expansion. Actively launching in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America. The brand has laid out nearly 700 unique Lynk & Co Centers, Lynk & Co Spaces, and Lynk & Co Clubs where people can further interact with the brand. Guided by the tenet “More Than a Car,” Lynk & Co is committed to creating a personalized and connected space with its clientele, bringing diversified car-buying and in-store experience to consumers.
Since the inception of the brand in 2016 to the present, Lynk & Co has achieved noteworthy results and has gained the support and love of more than 1.24 million users worldwide.
