LTO to open licensing center at PITX next week
Starting next week, the LTO PITX Paranaque Licensing will be open to the public

The Land Transportation Office will soon be opening a new licensing facility in Paranaque. But instead of putting up a completely new building, the LTO decided to have it inside the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
The agency confirmed this when they announced the February 23, 2022 opening date of the facility. According to the LTO, the new licensing center will be able to provide this array of services:
-Student Permit Application
-License Application (new and renewal)
-Miscellaneous Transactions
-Change Classification from Non-Professional to Professional (and vice versa)
-Additional Restriction Code
-Duplicate License

The licensing center will also have special lanes for senior citizens, persons with disability (PWD), pregnant women, and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
In the future, the LTO PITX Paranaque Licensing Center will also have car-renewal registration as an added service. This will be made available to the public by May 2022.
If you ever need to renew your driver’s license or permits and you find yourself near the PITX, be glad that you’ll be able to transact with the LTO at the transport terminal. But remember, the new licensing center will only begin operations next week, February 23, 2022.
