LTO Pasay offering free 15-hour TDC this July
Free Theoretical Driving Course at LTO Pasay
Heads up aspiring drivers from south of Manila: the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Pasay City Licensing Center – Driver’s Education Center has announced the opening of slots for the FREE 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) this coming July.
According to LTO Pasay City Licensing Center – Driver’s Education Center, the free TDC will happen every Thursday and Friday of July (July 6-7, 13-14, 20-21 and 27-28), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

LTO Pasay reminds interested applicants that confirmed appointments are non-transferable and cannot be rebooked. Applicants must also provide an active email address to receive the confirmation of schedule 1-2 days prior to the selected schedule.
