You can now renew your license at the newly opened LTO PITX-Parañaque Licensing Center

The LTO officially opened its newest licensing office. Called the LTO PITX-Parañaque Licensing Center, it's located on the second floor of the PITX. The new licensing center features state-of-the-art facilities and can serve up to 150 clients per day. What’s even more interesting is that the PITX Licensing Center also has a driving course located in the parking area of the venue.
Some of the available services at the public can avail of at the LTO PITX licensing center include:
-Student Permit Application
-License Application (new and renewal)
-Miscellaneous Transactions
-Change Classification from Non-Professional to Professional (and vice versa)
-Additional Restriction Code
-Duplicate License

For overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women, there will be a special priority lane. PITX passengers leaving within the next 30 minutes can also do a detour of the office to speed up the process of renewal.
In the future, the LTO PITX center will also offer additional services such as the renewal of vehicle registration.
