LOOK: All-new Mitsubishi B-SUV looks cool AF
From concept to reality, Mitsubishi reveals exterior design of its new B-segment crossover SUV

We're only about one week away before Mitsubishi reveals its new B-SUV at the 30th Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). But even before the annual auto show takes place next week, Mitsubishi has decided to reveal the exterior design of its new SUV.
Based on the first images Mitsubishi released, the vehicle remains faithful to the XFC Concept's design. Featuring the Silky & Solid concept, the crossover SUV features a powerful and athletic design that combines elegance and robustness.
From the eye-catching face with its T-shaped headlights and taillights, the unmistakable Dynamic Shield grille, the muscular fenders, and the bulky body cladding, the upcoming B-SUV is a looker, indeed. It also has a floating roof and a sleek design that begins from the three-diamond emblem up front and flows along the side to the rear.

Size-wise, Mitsubishi says the yet-to-be-named B-SUV measures 4390mm long, 1810mm wide, and 1660mm tall. But perhaps the most impressive feature on its exterior is its tall ground clearance which is rated at 222mm – 2mm more than Xpander Cross.
As far as its powertrain is concerned, the all-new crossover SUV from Mitsubishi will come with a 1.5-liter engine along with a CVT driving the front wheels. The automaker has yet to reveal performance figures although we won't be surprised if it will be the same powertrain as the one found in the Xpander and Xpander Cross.
Mitsubishi will officially hold the global debut of the new B-SUV on August 10, 2023, during the press day of GIIAS.
