LOOK: All-new Hyundai Palisade to get Santa Fe-like redesign
Hyundai's flagship crossover SUV gets a daring new look for next-generation

When Hyundai first revealed the fifth generation Santa Fe, everyone was surprised with the crossover SUV's Defender-like redesign. Featuring a boxier and more rugged-looking exterior, the three-row 7-seater crossover not only looks great but it's also one of the most high-tech models Hyundai is currently offering.
It's been available in the country since Q1 2024 and is available with a 2.5L naturally-aspirated inline-four, a turbocharged 2.5L engine, and a 1.6L turbo-hybrid that was revealed two months ago. With Hyundai embracing a brand new design philosophy for its cars, the automaker has also decided to give its flagship crossover SUV a similar redesign.
While Hyundai is not yet ready to fully reveal the next-generation Palisade, an eagle-eyed photographer was able to spot the all-new Palisade in Korea albeit wearing a camouflage livery. Despite the automaker's efforts to hide its looks, it's quite clear that the new Hyundai Palisade will have a major makeover.
Immediately grabbing our attention is the more stylish front end that features a distinct set of LED headlights & LED daytime running lights. Like the all-new Santa Fe, the upcoming new generation Palisade will have a Defender-like look with its boxier exterior and eye-catching front fascia. The rear quarters are still covered but we won't be surprised if it will have a boxy redesign as well.
Under the hood, the vehicle will reportedly get a new 2.5L hybrid powertrain alongside a new 3.5L twin-turbo V6 that will replace the 3.8L V6. With a hybrid reportedly set to join the powertrain lineup, it will highlight Hyundai's commitment to offering more electrified vehicles in the SUV market.
Chassis-wise, the all-new Palisade will also reportedly be underpinned by a new platform. Paired with a longer wheelbase, the Hyundai Palisade is set to offer a more spacious cabin along with plenty of new technologies.
With no exact date yet as to when the all-new Palisade will make its official reveal, perhaps Hyundai is still making the final checks before its eventual launch. Hopefully, we're not too far away from its global debut.
