Lexus PH: Stronger than ever after 13 years
Lexus PH marks 13th anniversary with promise of higher personalization, innovation, and crafted experiences

There was a bit of uncertainty surrounding the arrival of Lexus in the Philippines in 2009. Even former Lexus president Danny Isla admitted that. Fast-forward to 2022, under the leadership of new president Raymond Rodriguez, Toyota’s luxury arm is stronger than ever.
It doesn’t seem too long ago when Lexus gave the Philippines their first official taste of automotive luxury, cutting-edge vehicle technology, and the brand’s artistry courtesy of ‘Takumi’ master craftsmen.
Today, Lexus spoils us with twelve amazing models ranging from SUVs, sedans, coupes, and MPVs that use a variety of the brand’s propulsion systems including hybrid technology. Several of these models were only recently launched in the country.

The 2021 model of the flagship LS made its debut early last year and offers a high level of personal customization to suit the different demands of Lexus clients. The LS Hybrid 4-Seater Premier top trim comes exclusively with ‘kiriko’ glass art ornamentation that rests on the rear door panel.
Unveiled a few months ago was the new ES. The styling has been improved, along with the vehicle’s ride and responsiveness, and new, technology-led equipment has been added.

Last year also saw the premiere of the LF-Z Electrified. It is a concept crossover BEV (battery electric vehicle) that’s set for production in 2025. It will be one of the first models to use a new four-wheel driving force control technology known as ‘DIRECT4’.

The year before saw local fans of the brand revel at the launch of the all-new IS sport sedan. It was developed to deliver the Lexus Driving Signature at Toyota Technical Center Shimoyama Test Track. What it now has is sharper cornering ability, better driving dynamics, and higher driver feedback.

Lexus customers and clients can now experience all that the brand has to offer via the MyLexus Mobile App. Whether it’s maintenance concerns, shopping for a new model, or learning more about the brand, all information is in the app. It is available for download on Android and iOS.

Moving forward, Lexus Philippines promises customers a ‘future-focused road ahead with Lexus prioritizing personalization, innovation, hybrid vehicles, and crafted experiences.’
