Lexus Manila is moving to a new home
New Lexus dealership in BGC will be bigger and adopt the brand's L-Finesse design philosophy

Since 2009, Lexus Philippines has been selling its cars at the Lexus Manila Inc (LMI) dealership located at 3402 8th Avenue cor. 34th Street, North Bonifacio Global City (BGC). From its launch up to the present day, Toyota's luxury division has become a landmark of sorts within BGC with its distinct architecture, a wide array of luxury vehicles, and the unique form of Japanese hospitality known as “omotenashi”.

Soon, however, Lexus Manila will be moving to a new address in BGC. Lexus Philippines, together with Mitsui & Co. PH, and Federal Land, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the brand's relocation within BGC. From its current location, the new Lexus Manila dealership will soon rise along 8th Avenue, Grand Central Park.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key persons from Federal Land, Mitsui & Co, and Lexus. These included Alvin Ty – Federal Land Vice President, Kazuhiro Nomura – Mitsui & Co. Philippines General Manager & Country Chairman, Atsuhiro Okamoto – Lexus Philippines President, Vince Socco – Lexus Manila Vice Chairman, Raymond Rodriguez – Lexus Manila President, Dr. David Go – Lexus Philippines Vice Chairman, Theresa Esquivel – President ASEC, and Stephen Comia - Federal Land Senior Vice President (Project Development Group).

The new home of Lexus in the Philippines will not only be bigger, but it will also adopt the brand's new design philosophy. The facade will follow the Lexus L-Finesse philosophy. This signature style draws heavily on the deeply rooted principles of Japanese hospitality and aesthetics, while simultaneously having the ability to expand into a highly dynamic, evolving concept.
The new showroom will also feature formal and minimalist styling with horizontal and clean lines. The ground floor area where the main showroom will be located will have a full-height curtain wall glazing accentuated by wood-finished elements.
When will the new Lexus Manila dealership be open to the public? The automaker has yet to state an exact date but they did mention that the new showroom will be open around Q1 of 2024.
