LEAKED: Check out the brochure of 2024 Toyota Alphard, Vellfire

Yesterday, we managed to get another up-close look at the all-new Toyota Alphard before its official launch. Seen being transported on a car carrier and out on the road in Japan, the next-generation luxury MPV is quite the good-looking MPV.

But ever since the first leaks were released to the internet, we have yet to actually see the MPV in its entirety, including the cabin. Fortunately for us, another new set of leaks has made their way to the web, and boy do we like what we see.

Unlike the previous leaks which consist mostly of digital renderings and sightings of the all-new Alphard, this time the new images are brochure stills of the luxury MPV. Here, we get an even more detailed look at the MPV inside and out.

Starting with the interior, the Alphard gets a pair of captain seats on the second row and a bench seat on the third row. The captain seats are power-adjustable, come with ottomans for extra comfort, and can be controlled via a touchscreen.

The second row also comes with its own climate control system which can be manipulated via a control panel. Speaking of the ceiling, it has a huge panoramic sunroof that allows more light into the cabin. Depending on the variant or trim chosen, the Alphard's leather seats can be finished in a wide array of colors including beige, black, and brown.

Moving to the dashboard and center console, it now has a fully-digital instrument cluster, a bigger touchscreen, and a new electro-mechanical gear selector. Also seen inside the Alphard are wood panel trim pieces, soft-touch padding, leather seats, USB-C charging ports, a huge center glovebox with an integrated armrest, and memory seating for the driver.

Aside from the Alphard, the leak also includes the next-generation Vellfire which serves as the swankier-looking sibling of the Alphard. It gets a different front end that consists of horizontal bars on the grille and its own LED headlights. It also comes with a sharper set of LED taillights, additional chrome accents, and a bigger set of alloy wheels.

Engines for the all-new Alphard (and Vellfire) are expected to be available in three options. First is the 2.5-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine that will make 182 PS with 235 Nm of torque and is coupled to a CVT. Next is the 2.5-liter hybrid inline-four which puts out 246 PS with 315 Nm of torque, and is also mated to a CVT.

Last but not least is the 2.4-liter turbocharged hybrid engine with an e-Axle system. It puts out 367 PS with 550 Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The 2.4-liter turbo hybrid is exclusively available in AWD while the 2.5-liter engine variants are available in either FWD or AWD.

With more and more leaks and new information about the all-new Toyota Alphard and Vellfire being brought to light, we're certainly excited about its upcoming launch. After all, according to sources working within Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP), it could arrive later this year.
