Launched: 2025 BMW X3 M Sport PHEV is yours for PHP 4.79M
After X5 50e xDrive M Sport, BMW PH expands plug-in hybrid offerings with X3 30e xDrive M Sport

BMW Philippines distributor SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp. just expanded its lineup of electrified models. After launching the X5 xDrive50e earlier this year, the German automaker has officially revealed its latest plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).
Say “guten tag” to the all-new 2025 BMW X3 30e xDrive M Sport PHEV. It slots below the much larger X5 PHEV and is now based on the fourth-generation X3 G45 chassis that was first revealed last year. As mentioned earlier, the all-new X3 embraces electrification as it’s now available with a PHEV powertrain.

At the heart of the X3 30e M Sport PHEV is a 2.0L TwinPower Turbo inline-four that’s assisted by an electric motor and a 19.7 kWh battery pack. The result is a total system output of 299 PS and 450 Nm of torque, which translates to six-cylinder-like power while consuming less fuel.
Power is then transferred to an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission. More importantly, the battery pack provides the X3 30e an electric range of up to 90 km based on the WLTP cycle. Last but not least, the plug-in hybrid X3 can go from 0 - 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 215 km/h. For better riding comfort, the X3 30e is equipped with an adaptive suspension system, which is standard.

Style-wise, the all-new G45 X3 trades angular lines for smooth curves, giving the crossover one heck of a design makeover. Immediately greeting you is a new dual kidney grille that comes with the BMW Iconic Glow, along with sharper LED headlights (and daytime running lights) that come with adaptive lighting technology.
Other exterior features on the new X3 include stylish 20-inch M light alloy wheels, an M Sport appearance package, new wraparound LED taillights with T-shaped graphics, and bold side skirts that highlight the vehicle’s sleek new look.
Hop inside, and the all-new X3 greets passengers with an avant-garde cabin that’s both sporty and brimming with tech. Like most BMWs nowadays, the G45 X3 gets the brand’s signature Live Cockpit Display that consists of a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch infotainment display. Both screens run on the latest iDrive Operating System 9 and support a heads-up display and an augmented view.

It also gets M Veganza leather upholstery with suede accents, M fine-brushed aluminum trim pieces, roller sun blinds, LED ambient lighting, and sport seats. Technophiles will also be happy to know the vehicle comes with niceties such as a Harman Kardon Surround sound system, comfort access system, adaptive cruise control, a three-zone climate control, wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree parking assistant system, and a wireless charging pad.
The 2025 BMW X3 30e M Sport PHEV retails for PHP 4,790,000 and is available in the following colors: Alpine White, Arctic Blue Metallic, Black Sapphire Metallic, Dune Gray Metallic, M Fire Red Metallic, M Brooklyn Gray Metallic, and Sophisto Gray Metallic.
