Land Transportation Office appoints new RD for Region VII
Atty. Wendel Dinglasan appointed as new Regional Director of LTO Region VII

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is implementing a leadership shake-up in its regional offices, appointing a new Regional Director for its Cebu Regional Office.
The agency has designated Atty. Wendel C. Dinglasan as the new Regional Director of LTO Region 7. According to the LTO's official social media page, this follows the directive of DOTr Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez to replace key officials and restructure the regional enforcement unit as part of a broader initiative to strengthen public service delivery across the area.

Atty. Dinglasan brings extensive experience from his previous role as Director of the LTO Central Office’s Traffic Adjudication Service in Quezon City, where he developed strong expertise in land transportation law implementation, case management, and administrative adjudication.
He also served as Acting Regional Director of the MIMAROPA Region, where he gained hands-on experience in regional operations management, stakeholder coordination, and the oversight of enforcement and licensing services.
Recently, the agency’s central office in Quezon City deployed 35 of its finest law enforcers to Cebu to “reinforce integrity within the region’s enforcement operations.” The law enforcers will now then be reporting to the new Regional Director for its operations in the region.
