Jetour PH working to level up aftersales experience
Aftersales management team of Jetour Auto PH undergoes training to ensure quality service

Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI) wants to ensure that customers will get to experience a fulfilling aftersales service. With car maintenance essential to car ownership, JAPI has invested in comprehensive training for its aftersales management team.
From May 31 to June 8, 2023, JAPI technical delegates, led by Aftersales Director Eryx Guiang, underwent in-depth training and brand inculcation activities at the Jetour head office in Wuhu, China. The JAPI Aftersales team went through seven days of intensive technical training courses and practical exercises in China. Jetour International hosted the training covering air conditioning and transmission systems and engine and electronic management systems for Jetour models sold in the Philippines.

They were also trained in the Battery Electric Vehicle technologies and systems used in the Ice Cream EV. Jetour International also gave the technical team a tour of the advanced manufacturing facilities of Jetour and the Chery Auto Plant.
The delegates were also introduced to the parts ordering and inventory systems that the automaker will use in its global operations. At Wuhu, the team also did a walkthrough of the dealership and training center operations standards which they will implement in all Jetour dealerships and service centers in the Philippines.

“Aftersales is an essential component of any distributorship business. Our customers deserve the best aftersales servicing, maintenance, and parts availability experience with every Jetour model purchase. By keeping our technical team up to date with the brand’s best practices and technologies, we can assure our customers of Jetour’s resolve to provide the best vehicles and the most rewarding ownership experience they deserve,” said Miguelito Jose, Managing Director of JAPI.
