Jetour Auto Philippines holds technical workshops nationwide to boost after sales quality

They might be a new player in the local automotive market, but Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. JAPI is on the right path. This is evident when it comes to its commitment in providing not just quality vehciles, but reliable service towards its clients.
As such, the company is taking major steps to ensure that their sales and service teams are working smoothly and in sync. Achieving a harmonious working relationship takes a lot of training, and JAPI provides its staff with opportunities to grow their skills and knowledge in their respective departments and divisions.

To meet the company's main goal of growing the Jetour brand and business in the Philippines, above and beyond expectations, JAPI held an aftersales training program at various Jetour Auto dealerships nationwide. The 5-day intensive workshop was designed to ultimately empower Jetour auto’s technical staff with advanced knowledge and skills, ensuring that customers receive unparalleled support and service quality.
The training included participants from 24 technicians across two batches, representing a wide range of dealerships. The first batch included JETOUR Auto branches in Alabang, Edsa Centris, Quezon Avenue, Pasig, Baliuag, Dau, Marilao, Isabela, and Fairview. The second batch saw participation from JETOUR Auto Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, General Santos, and Cagayan De Oro.
This initiative underscores JAPI’s commitment to upskilling its technical teams, ensuring consistently high service standards across all locations. By investing in such training, JAPI strengthens its service capabilities and reinforces JETOUR’s reputation for quality and reliability.
