Jetour Auto PH expands parts warehouse to keep prices down
Jetour Auto PH makes "triple-sure" its customers have parts available as soon as possible

Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) wants to make sure its customers will be able to get spare parts without the hassle. As part of its effort to “triple-sure” that customers who get behind the wheel of their Jetour will be happy throughout their ownership journey, JAPI expanded its parts warehouse in Valenzuela.
From 600 sqm, the facility now covers 3,000 sqm, vastly increasing its capacity for inventories for PMS, maintenance, collision, and general parts – virtually eliminating any chance of backlogs in orders. The ability to ship in parts in large volumes also enables JAPI to scale its prices down.

To make its parts even more accessible to customers, JAPI has activated its Customer Hotline Assistance service 0917-5-Jetour, available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
Alternatively, users can go to Jetour Auto Philippines' Facebook & Instagram pages and communicate with their mascot/chatbot Kendee who can respond to parts-related inquiries apart from addressing common questions and providing customer and technical support and aftersales advisories.

These, combined with JAPI dealerships' responsive, knowledgeable, and caring aftersales teams, all form part of JAPI's robust aftersales support system that makes buying, owning, and maintaining a Jetour vehicle a delightful experience.

The next time you take your Jetour X70 (Journey, Travel, Sport, and Plus), Dashing, Dashing, Ice Cream EV, or the T2 out for a spin, remember that its aftersales team is always "triple ready" for whatever you need, when you need it, whether on- or off-line.
